We are the Christandl family, passionate hosts and nature enthusiasts. Our two modern holiday apartments are located in Taufers in the Valley of Monastero, near the Swiss border, and have been designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental consciousness.

In our apartments, modern architecture is harmoniously combined with the use of natural materials. We have prioritised the use of eco-friendly building materials that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also promote health and well-being. Large windows allow for abundant natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape, while the energy-efficient construction minimises our ecological footprint.

Another key aspect of our sustainability concept is our cleaning method. We clean our holiday apartments exclusively using dry steam. This environmentally friendly technique eliminates the need for chemical cleaning agents, ensuring that you can relax in a healthy and pollutant-free environment.

We want you to feel at home with us while also developing an appreciation for the beauty of nature. Therefore, we offer not only a comfortable retreat but also the opportunity to actively contribute to the preservation of our environment.

In the surrounding area, you will find a wealth of leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, sightseeing, and cultural events that will enrich your stay and allow you to experience the breathtaking nature of the Münstertal and upper Vinschgau region up close.

How it all began

After a devastating major fire in August 2015, we were forced to make a complete fresh start.


After intensive planning, numerous discussions and well-considered decisions, we started construction work on our new, ecological house in the fall of 2017.

In April 2019, we were finally able to move into our new apartments.


In the following years, we began building and managing holiday apartments.

Our team

The management and cleaning of our holiday apartments is carried out exclusively by the Christandl family.

Our shared commitment to providing our guests with an unforgettable stay unites us as a family and strengthens our cohesion.

With a high-performance dry steam cleaner, we can handle absolutely all cleaning tasks in the household and in many other areas – extremely efficiently and completely without chemicals!

The steam, at a temperature of 179°C, powerfully eliminates germs and bacteria, dissolves grease and other stubborn deposits on all surfaces – 100% ecological and environmentally friendly. With a constant steam pressure of 9 bar, the device is extremely versatile, whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or for window cleaning.

Cleaning with the power of water

Conventional air purification systems collect dust and germs in vacuum cleaner bags, which can lead to these particles being released back into the air. Indoor air quality is crucial, as people spend a significant amount of time indoors.

The innovative water filter technology binds both dirt and dust from the room air in the water tank, thus improving the room climate.


There are no follow-up costs and the environment is not further burdened by the purchase of bags and filters.


On average, we only need 3 liters of water for the entire cleaning process of a holiday apartment.

The result: absolute hygiene without any pollution of the wastewater!
